How my business was founded and why?

My father bought his retirement home in Las Vegas. Shortly after the purchase, he asked if I would be willing to make the move first and start the journey. I moved from New York to Las Vegas in 2005. Living in Vegas, I quickly learned how transit this town is. How hard it to find good, loyal and experienced help. That the work ethics were to be desired. I decided, how can I help this community. My background includes, Director of a well known Recruitment Firm in New York City on Madison Avenue,I also worked for a major airline at JFK Airport, New York as aVIP services agent. I speak English, Spanish and Italian fluently. I am also a Ultrasound Sonographer by trade. I have a keen sense of anticipating and meeting the needs of the customer and clients. I came to conclude that I can absolutely contribute to the Las Vegas Healthcare Job Market, and not only do an awesome job at it, but making differences in people lives.

Owner and Primary Officer- Maria Novello, Born and Raised New Yorker. Single Mother and Proud Parent of Marc Anthony and Marisa Juliet. I am a Down to Earth person and have a passion to help people.

Manager- Roldolfo Novello, aka "Rudy", Army, Retired Pan Am, and almost Retired NYPD, Grandfather of three. Speaks Engish, Spanish, Italian and Albanian Fluently. Helping his family not only follow a vision but helping them accomplish their dreams.

"The sky is the limit, Kiddo, shoot for the stars"! Those are his words that have always been embedded in me. He is my best friend and my backbone during the hardest times of my life.
